'Trinch' is an onomatopoeic word which describes the meeting of two glasses when a toast is made, akin to 'Clink' on home soils.

In tune with it's name this is a convivial wine, juicy & full of fruit, with crisp light tannins refreshing the palate. An enjoyable open wine, but with some complexity offered by the savoury herbaceous notes offered up by the Cabernet Franc
