What refills do you offer in Islington, N1, Walthamstow E17 and Finsbury Park, N5?
We offer refills of the following items:
- oat milk
- unfiltered extra virgin olive oil
- house hold chemicals like: laundry detergent, hand soap, fabric conditioner, All purpose cleaner, Body wash, Shampoo, Hair conditioner, Washing up liquid
At checkout what is there difference between Click and collect, London Wide Delivery and UK Wide delivery?
Click and collect is collection from any of our three stores (N1, N5 and E17) available on Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday. Any products can be selected.
London wide delivery happens every Thursday and Friday. This includes fresh produce.
National Wide delivery happens every Thursday and Friday. This must exclude fresh and frozen items.
We offer deliveries across London postcodes every Thursday

Yes, you can leave us a message in notes section during checkout.
You can return all of the box packaging to any of our stores if you would like it to be reused.

When placing a Click and Collect order, simply choose the 'Free collection' delivery option at checkout and select your preferred store and collection date.
The day before your collection you will receive a email reminder to pickup your order.
There is no minimum spend for click and collect.

Yes the minimum order is £16 and delivery charge is £4.99 we have tried to keep delivery charge as low as possible.
How to Skip:
Three days before your subscription payment is processed you will receive a reminder email with a link to ‘Manage your Subscription’. Select your Active subscription and select the option to ‘Skip this order’ near the bottom of the page.
Alternatively, if you have activated your online Account (you should have received an email to do so within 1 week of subscribing), then you can manage your subscription anytime following this link.
PLEASE NOTE that you can only skip a veg box before your payment has been processed. If your payment has been taken but you no longer want your box, please let us know and we will happily donate to the local food bank.
Booking a Holiday:
If you would like to pause your subscription for an extended period of time, beyond skipping a single box, please contact us at support@nourishedcommunities.com with your desired dates.
Processing subscriptions takes us a few days as we need to order veg boxes in advance from the farm. You can skip or cancel your veg box for the week anytime before your payment has been processed. Payment days are:
Wednesday payment for weekend collections
Sunday payment for Wednesday collection
Sunday payment for Thursday/Friday delivery

Absolutely. Three days before your subscription payment is processed you will receive a reminder email with a link to ‘Manage your Subscription’. Select your Active subscription and click ‘Swap product’ near the bottom of the page.
Alternatively, if you have activated your online Account (you should have received an email to do so within 1 week of subscribing), then you can swap your subscription product at the bottom of this page.
PLEASE NOTE that the swap will only take effect from the following payment.
Absolutely. Three days before your subscription payment is processed you will receive a reminder email with a link to ‘Manage your Subscription’. Select your Active subscription and update your ‘Order frequency’ as desired.
Alternatively, if you have activated your online Account (you should have received an email to do so within 1 week of subscribing), then you can update your frequency here.
All of our London orders are delivered by Packfleet. They’re a zero-emission courier that uses all electric vans and plants a tree for every parcel — plus they have great tracking and control options for your deliveries.
When they collect your order from us, you’ll receive a text or email telling you when they’re going to deliver and letting you change the delivery and add instructions. The next morning, you’ll receive an exact 1 hour time window for when they’ll arrive and can track the delivery to your house. You can also track your order by going to app.packfleet.com/track at any time.
Don’t worry if you forget your pickup/delivery day or location. We will send you an email the day before with the relevant information.

One-time products can be added to your subscription order.
Login to your account and select Manage Subscriptions at the bottom right of the page to add products. Alternatively, follow the link via your subscription reminder emails to manage your subscription:
- Click the Subscriptions tab and select Edit next to the subscription you want to add a product to.
- Hover over the product you want to add and select Add one-time. This automatically adds the product to your shipment.
