Guillemot-Michel are one of the most impressive practitioners of biodynamic vineyard management that we have come across & this particular cuvee is a stalwart of the St. JOHN wine lists.

In it's youth it is focused & zippy wine, with bracing acidity & tart green apple fruit. Very quickly over it's first few years in bottle, it softens & deepens, moving towards warmer stone fruits, ripe lemon citrus & notes of honey.

It's proof that in winemaking, when there is life in the vineyard, there is life in the bottle!
