A typical expression of the purity and tension of Chablis, with aromas of grapefruit and plenty of minerality on the palate, a beautiful liveliness leading to a crisp and round dry finish. A great expression of one of the world's most loved appellations.

Northwest exposures. Mechanical harvested grapes, 100% stainless steel tank for both ferment and maturation. Malolactic fermentation. 12 months maturation period before bottling.
