Introducing the Nourished Communities British Cider Hamper!

In terms of packaging, the choice is yours! The hamper comes as standard in our branded Nourished Communities box, a real eye-catcher and gets shipped inside a protective bag - better for the enviroment. Or you can choose a wicker basket for a more traditional festive feel - please add to notes before check-out and we will be in touch about the additional charge. 

Little Pomona, Hard Rain Perry - Made from the second pressing of perry pears with the addition of water, this is our modern interpretation of an old historic drink – perrykin – or an English version of the fashionable piquettes from France. We also like to think of it as upcycling pomace.

Cairn O'Mohr - Vintage Scottish Cider 75cl (5%) - A little bit sweet, but somewhere more in the middle. This is 100% Scottish apples, gathered from all around the Carse of Gowrie; an area once famous for the fruit. Settle down in your hammock, sipping away on the old fermented apple juice… nobody needs to know.

Cairn O'Mohr - Wild Ferment Cider 75cl (6.7%) - Still, dry cider. This is our debut wild yeast fermentation; milled Cox apples left overnight to develop flavour before pressing and natural fermentation, then blended with the tannic King Jim.

Nightingale - Fledgling No4 cider pét-nat - Single variety from the red-fleshed Redlove apple from the 2022 vintage. Red fruit and berry aromas bring a playful brightness to the palate and a zingy acidity to the finish.

Nightingale - Wild Disco Cider (5.5%) - Sparkling and medium-dry made from 100% wild-fermented Kentish Discovery apple juice. With floral, red apple and rose aromas. Fresh and zingy on the palate with a clean finish. Rooted in an impulse and something unexpected, go wild!

Nightingale - Falstaff Bramley Cider (5.8%) - Classic wild-fermented Kentish cider. A refreshing and crisp aromatic cider that perfectly balances the fruit-forward Falstaff with the zingy acidity of bramley apples. The result is a flavoursome, thirst-quenching cider that will delight all drinkers. This is tasting so fresh - a tropical fruit bomb in a can!
