Ingredients
- 2x frozen pizza dough balls
- 200g Passata
- 1tsp Dried Oregano
- Salt
- Black Pepper
- 2 Mozzarella balls
Suggested toppings
Pizza 1
- Sliced Red onion
- Tuna
- Kalamata Olives (pitted)
Pizza 2
- Marinated artichoke hearts
- Capers
Directions
- Take your frozen pizza dough out of the freezer to defrost 4 hours before cooking
- Preheat the oven to 200°c
- Once defrosted, stretch the dough it with your hands into a pizza base shape and place on a oven tray lined with greaseproof paper
- In a bowl, mix together the passata and oregano with a healthy pinch of salt and a fresh grind of pepper
- Spread the passata mix over the pizza bases with a spoon
- Tear up the mozzarella with your hands and spread evenly over the pizzas
- Add your preferred toppings
- Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes
