With the sun just meekly shining through the window it feels a little like jumping the gun to give this recipe. But still, it’s better to be freezing cold with a nice drink than freezing cold with no drink at all.
If you really want to be luxurious why not whack in an Alphonso mango?!
Ingredients
1 Mango
450ml Greek Yoghurt (if using Greek Style just use half the milk)
400ml Milk
1-2 tablespoons of Sugar or Honey (less/none if the mango is really ripe)
½ teaspoon of ground Green Cardamom
Saffron and ground Pistachio to serve (optional)
Method
Put all the ingredients in a blender.
Pour into a glass with ice (or no ice if you are already cold) and sprinkle on the Saffron and Pistachio if using.
Serve and enjoy.
