Though perfected over the years, Tunworth remains handcrafted from start to finish, using pasteurized whole cow's milk and finished in a poplar box.

The 250g wheel features a delicate, wrinkled rind, with an earthy mushroom aroma and a lingering sweet, nutty taste.
